Returned professionally sharpened
Our experts will service your scissors in Solingen. After approximately 14 business days, you will receive your scissors back, professionally refurbished. We will cover the return shipping costs.
You will receive the invoice when you return your scissors.

Only then are the scissors expertly disassembled so that they can be sharpened professionally and, above all, in a way that is gentle on the material.
Each model requires individual sharpening, because only with the original sharpening can the scissors achieve their full potential with their original sharpness. For this purpose, an optimal cutting angle is applied using high-precision devices. The perfectly coordinated sharpening processes on the cutting edges achieve an ideal result that is visible not only under high-resolution microscopes, but also with the naked eye.
The final refinement, using a material-friendly polish, is carried out with the utmost care by our trained specialists. This allows us to guarantee the longevity of the product and ensure that you can enjoy your favorite piece for a lifetime.
In addition to sharpness, the smoothness of your scissors plays a decisive role. Our service experts perform manual fine adjustments and replace worn parts such as stoppers with original spare parts.
Manual fine adjustment is crucial for perfect cutting balance, as this is the only way to ensure that the scissor blades are optimally aligned with each other.
By subsequently fine-tuning the screw connection, we achieve extremely precise movement and thus an incomparably smooth Cutting Feel.
